Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nexly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nexly.

1. Using Nexly

Nexly helps you collect ideas, explore interests, plan experiences, and share them with other people. You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and for using Nexly only for lawful purposes.

2. Your account

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account in a way that bypasses Nexly's plan or access controls.

3. Your content and shared experiences

You keep ownership of the notes, photos, lists, links, plans, and other content you add to Nexly. You give Nexly a non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request.

When you add content to a shared space, the people you invite may be able to view, copy, edit, or use it according to the controls available in that space. Only share content you have the right to share, and choose collaborators with care.

4. Recommendations, AI, and third-party information

Nexly may use automated and AI-assisted features to organize information, generate suggestions, or help you plan. Those results can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review them before relying on them, especially for travel requirements, bookings, prices, schedules, allergies, safety, or other important decisions.

Nexly may show information, links, or content from third-party services. Nexly does not control those services and is not the seller, travel provider, venue, publisher, restaurant, or manufacturer behind them. Your dealings with a third party are governed by that party's own terms and policies.

5. Paid plans and purchases

Nexly may offer free features, recurring subscriptions, and one-time purchases. The price, billing period, included features, and any purchase-specific conditions are shown before you pay. By completing a purchase, you authorize Nexly's payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

A recurring subscription continues for the billing period you select until you cancel it. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal available from your account settings. The portal will show when your cancellation takes effect.

Except where the law requires otherwise or a specific offer says otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Taxes may apply. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Nexly to:

  • break the law or violate another person's rights;
  • upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, or automatically access the service except where the law expressly permits it or Nexly gives you written permission;
  • impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the service to deceive, harass, or harm others; or
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

7. Nexly's service and intellectual property

Nexly and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, branding, and content that users do not provide. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of Nexly or any related intellectual property to you.

8. Changes, availability, and ending access

We may update, add, or remove features and may suspend the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may also limit or end access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the service is being used in a way that could harm Nexly, its users, or others.

You may stop using Nexly at any time. Ending your account does not automatically erase content that other people have copied or that remains in a shared space they can access, subject to applicable law and the controls available in the service.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free, or that suggestions and third-party information will be accurate or suitable for you. Nexly does not provide legal, medical, financial, travel, or other professional advice.

10. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Nexly changes or as legal requirements evolve. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel. The updated Terms apply from the effective date shown on this page. Continuing to use Nexly after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
